At GetHired, a Global Payments Company, we value the privacy of the users, employers, job
seekers, employees, and others (collectively or individually, “you” or “Users”) who visit and use
our website, online platforms, and mobile and other auxiliary applications (collectively the
“Services”). For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, “GetHired,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to
GetHired, Inc. This Privacy Notice describes the types of Personal Information we collect and
process about our Users, the rights and choices our Users may have with respect to their Personal
Information, and how our Users may contact us about our privacy practices.
Our privacy practices, and our role with respect to your Personal Information, vary depending
on the nature of our relationship with you.
Customers: Our customers are U.S. and Canadian employers (“Customers”), and we
provide software services to support our Customers in hiring and onboarding, tax credits,
time and attendance, and benefits administration. Often, depending on the nature of the
services a Customer is purchasing, we make additional disclosures to our Customers
regarding our processing of their Personal Information at or before onboarding. This
Privacy Notice relates only to information we collect through our Services, and you
should view it as a supplement to any additional disclosures provided to you during your
onboarding as a Customer.
Customer Employees and Job Seekers: While we have a direct relationship with our
Customers, our relationship with those Customers’ employees and job seekers is more
indirect. We process Personal Information relating to those employees and job seekers on
behalf of our Customers. Under applicable privacy laws, GetHired would be considered
a processor or service provider for employee or job seeker Personal Information.
Given the different contexts in which we collect, use, and share Personal Information, in various
sections of this Privacy Notice, we address the following categories of processing activities
separately: (1) our processing of Personal Information relating to Website Visitors Who Are Not
Accountholders, which includes Users who visit any of the Services but do not have an associated
account; (2) our processing of Personal Information related to Users of our Job Application
Platforms, which includes Users who have an account on a job application platform; and (3) our
processing of Personal Information related to Users of our Post-Application Employment-Related
Platforms, which includes Users who have an account for post-hiring related platforms related to
onboarding, tax credits, time and attendance, and benefits administration.
Please read this Privacy Notice carefully. By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using the
Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described
in this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice is incorporated into and is subject to the GetHired
Terms of Service. Your use of the Services and any Personal Information provided or collected
through the Services are subject at all times to this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Service. If you

1. Types of Personal Information We Collect
For the purposes of this Privacy Notice, “Personal Information” means any information relating
to an identified or identifiable individual. We collect Personal Information about you when you
register an account on the Services, log in to the Services, visit our website, or otherwise use the
features of the Services. If you are an employee of or job applicant to one of our Customers, we
also may process Personal Information on the Customer’s behalf.
Through our Services, and subject to your consent if required by law, we may collect and process
the following Personal Information:
(a). Website Visitors Who Are Not Accountholders
Identifiers/Contact Data: such as full name, company name, address, email addresses, and
phone number.
Marketing and Communications Data: such as your preferences in receiving marketing from
us and our third parties and your communication preferences, as well as your communications
with us regarding the Services.
Additional User-Specific Data: such as your preferences, user-generated content, job searches,
candidate searches, job applications, and feedback and survey responses.
Internet/Electronic Activity Information: such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, unique device
or user ID, access dates and times, browser type and version, device information, cookie data,
time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and
platform, version of installed software, system type, content and pages accessed on the Services,
and other technology on the devices you use to access the Services.
Geolocation Information: to the extent such can be inferred from your contact information or
from your Internet/Electronic Activity.
Transaction Data: such as details about payments to and from you, and details regarding the
services that you have subscribed to in relation to the Services.
Usage Data: such as information about how you use the Services.
Inferences: such as inferences about your product preferences, characteristics, or
predispositions.
(b). Users of Job Application Platforms
Identifiers/Contact Data: such as full name, date of birth, email address, home address,
apartment number, city, state, zip code, telephone number (home and cellular).
Sensitive Personal Information: such as account credentials (see “Login Details and Your
Responsibility” below), government-issued IDs (such as a Social Security Number), information
used to verify your identity (such as security questions and answers).
Education Data: such as high school name and address, college name and address, number of
years of college completed, degrees earned, graduate school name and address, graduate degrees
earned, certifications earned and locations (state of issuance), issuance date, expiration date.
Employment Data: such as employment status, job start/end date, job title, employment type,
work locations, company group, compensation information, supervisor information, pay types
and rates, work hours, base salary, work location and address, EEO job category, offer letter
information, employment history, health plan information, and governmental work eligibility
information.
Marketing and Communications Data: such as your preferences in receiving marketing from
us and our third parties and your communication preferences, as well as your communications
with us regarding the Services.
Data on Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Eligibility: such as participation in the
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program, participation in the Supplemental
Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) program, veteran status, rehabilitation status, felony
conviction, receipt of Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.
Military Service Data: such as whether you are a protected veteran, branch of military in which
you served, military specialty, discharge type, discharge date.
Profile Data: such as your username and password, photograph, orders made by you,
preferences, user-generated content, job searches, candidate searches, job applications, feedback
and survey responses.
Internet/Electronic Activity: such as precise geolocation information, IP address, unique device
or user ID, login data, access dates and times, browser type and version, device information,
cookie data, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system
and platform, version of installed software, system type, content and pages accessed on the
Services, and other technology on the devices you use to access the Services.
Transaction Data: such as details about payments to and from you, and details regarding the
services that you have subscribed to in relation to the Services.
Usage Data: such as information about how you use the Services.
Inferences: such as inferences about product your preferences, characteristics, or
predispositions.
(c). Users of Post-Application Employment-Related Platforms (including
Onboarding, Tax Credits, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Administration)
Biometric Identifiers / Information: such as facial geometry and fingerprint scans, but only if
the Customer on whose behalf we process employee data has requested the use of a solution
managed by GetHired that uses these functionalities, in which case the Customer is responsible
for providing you with any additional notices required by law.
Identifiers/Contact Data: such as full name, other names used (including maiden name), date
of birth, email address, home address, apartment number, city, state, zip code, email address,
telephone number (home and cellular), physical characteristics or description, vehicle license
plate number, social media profile, signature, username or similar identifier.
Sensitive Personal Information: such as account credentials (see “Login Details and Your
Responsibility” below), government-issued IDs (such as a Social Security Number, driver’s
license number, passport number and/or work visa), information used to verify your identity
(such as security questions and answers), and information used to process payment transactions
(such as credit/debit card information or other financial account information).
Demographic Data: such as marital status, state of driver’s license issuance, type of driver’s
license, license expiration date, gender, ethnicity, race, languages spoken, tobacco usage,
education level.
Education Data: such as high school name and address, college name and address, number of
years of college completed, degrees earned, graduate school name and address, graduate degrees
earned, certifications earned and locations (state of issuance), issuance date, expiration date.
Employment Data: such as employment status, job start/end date, job title, employment type,
work locations, company group, compensation information, supervisor information, pay types
and rates, work hours, base salary, work location and address, EEO job category, offer letter
information, employment history, employee identification (ID) number, health plan information,
and governmental work eligibility information.
Marketing and Communications Data: such as your preferences in receiving marketing from
us and our third parties and your communication preferences, as well as your communications
with us regarding the Services.
Data on WOTC eligibility: such as participation in the TANF program, participation in the
SNAP program, veteran status, rehabilitation status, felony conviction, receipt of SSI benefits.
Military Service Data: such as branch of military in which you served, military specialty,
discharge type, discharge date.
Payroll Data: such as compensation information and banking information, including: routing
number, account number, account name, account type, bank name, bank address, deposit
percentage, deposit amount, bank documents (such as voided checks, bank letters).
Profile Data: such as your username and password, photograph, orders made by you,
preferences, user-generated content, feedback and survey responses.
Relationship Data: such as emergency contact information (including: name, phone number,
relationship) and dependent information (including: name, birth date, Social Security number,
student status, address, disability status).
Tax and Related Data: such as filing status, number of allowances, withholding amount,
dependents, dependents information.
Internet/Electronic Activity: such as precise geolocation information, IP address, unique device
or user ID, login data, access dates and times, browser type and version, device information,
cookie data, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system
and platform, version of installed software, system type, content and pages accessed on the
Services, and other technology on the devices you use to access the Services.
Transaction Data: such as details about payments to and from you, and details regarding the
services that you have subscribed to in relation to the Services.
Usage Data: such as information about how you use the Services.
Inferences: such as inferences about your product preferences, characteristics, or
predispositions.
2. Sources of Personal Information
Information that you provide to us: We collect Personal Information that you provide to us when
you set up an account with us, use our Services, or communicate with us. For example, if you
register for an online account with us, we may request your name, contact information and
business information. Providing us with Personal Information about yourself is voluntary, and
you can always choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be able to take
advantage of or participate in some of the Services.
Information collected from third parties: We may collect information about you from third
parties in the course of providing our Services to you. For example, we may collect Personal
Information from your employer or potential employer, social media networks for which you
have approved our access to information, service providers, clients/Customers of GetHired and
GetHired resellers, and advertisers.
Information collected through technology: When you visit our Services or interact with an email
we send to you, we may collect certain information automatically such as your account or device
identifier, and usage information such as pages that you visit, information about links you click,
the types of content you interact with, the frequency and duration of your activities, and other
information about how you use our Services. You have the ability to express your preference
regarding some of the ways we collect information through technology in some of our services
(see “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies” for more information).
3. How We Use the Personal Information We Collect
Subject to your consent if required by law, GetHired may use your Personal Information for the
business purposes outlined below. We retain the Personal Information we collect for different
periods of time depending on what it is and how we use it, but only for as long as is necessary to
complete the legitimate business or legal purposes for which we collected it. In some cases, the
retention period will correspond to the time period for which you have an account or other
relationship with us plus an established period after that relationship ends, which will be defined
by our regulatory requirements. In other cases, the retention period is defined by our contracts
with our Customers on behalf of whom we collect the information.
(a). Website Visitors Who Are Not Accountholders
Operate, maintain, supervise, administer, develop, and enhance the Services, including
monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of content on the Services, aggregate usage data, and
other usage of the Services.
To contact you regarding the Services, promotional messages, and employment-related
inquiries through the Services (see “Managing Your Preferences” below).
• For administrative communications, such as notifying you of Service updates.
• Address copyright infringement or defamation issues.
• Provide you with a tailored and user-friendly experience as you navigate the Services.
• Promote and market the Services to you.
Conduct research on Users’ demographics, interests, preferences, usage, and behavior based
upon information provided during use of our Services.
Anonymize and aggregate information for analytics and reporting (see “Data Anonymization
and Aggregation” below).
Respond to law enforcement requests and court orders and legal process.
Carry out our legal and contractual obligations and enforce our rights, including authenticating
use, detecting potential fraudulent use, and otherwise maintaining the security of the Services
and safety of Users.
For compliance with applicable laws and/or regulations and as otherwise required or
permitted by applicable laws and/or regulations.
(b). Job Application Platforms
• Process or maintain Personal Information on behalf of a hiring employer or job-posting website
that provided the Personal Information or directed us to collect or process the Personal
Information, and in accordance with the written contract for services with the Customer.
• Retain and employ another service provider as a subcontractor, where the subcontractor meets
the requirements for a service provider under applicable law.
• For internal use by us to build or improve the quality of our Services.
• Detect data security incidents or protect against fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Comply with federal, state, or local laws, to comply with a civil, criminal, or regulatory inquiry,
investigation, subpoena, or summons by federal, state, or local authorities, to cooperate with law
enforcement agencies concerning conduct or activity that the business, service provider, or third
party reasonably and in good faith believes may violate federal, state, or local law, or to exercise
or defend legal rights or claims.
(c). Post-Application Employment-Related Platforms (including
Onboarding, Tax Credits, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Administration)
• Process or maintain Personal Information on behalf of your employer that provided the
Personal Information or directed us to collect the Personal Information, and in accordance with
the written contract for services with the Customer.
• Retain and employ another service provider as a subcontractor, where the subcontractor meets
the requirements for a service provider under applicable law.

4. Our Processing of Sensitive Personal Information
Sensitive Personal Information includes Personal Information defined as sensitive under
applicable privacy and data protection laws. When we collect Sensitive Personal Information, we
will limit our use and disclosure of that information to what is necessary to perform the Services,
unless we are required to do otherwise under applicable laws. In addition to processing Sensitive
Personal Information as required to perform the Services, we may process Sensitive Personal
Information to detect and prevent security incidents or fraud, to ensure the physical safety of
natural persons, for short-term transient uses (when consistent with the purpose for which the
information was collected), and to verify or maintain the quality or safety of any services we
perform. Under some privacy and data protection laws, you may have the right to limit the
processing of your Sensitive Personal Information. You can find more information about your
rights in other sections of this Privacy Notice, including any applicable section directed at
residents of the state in which you reside.
5. How We Share Personal Information with Third Parties
We may share your Personal Information with third parties in the manner and for the purposes
described below:
For business purposes. We may share your Personal Information with affiliates, clients of
GetHired or a GetHired reseller, distribution partners, vendors, and service providers, including
our data hosting and data storage partners; website hosting, maintenance, and security service
providers; data analytics providers; technology services and support providers; order fulfillment
providers; customer relationship management providers; and IT infrastructure and support
providers. We also may share Personal Information with professional advisors, such as auditors,
law firms, and accounting firms.
With your direction or consent. We may share your Personal Information with third parties if
you request or direct us to do so. This includes your use of social media widgets on our Services.
With affiliates within our corporate group. We may share your Personal Information with any
affiliates within our corporate group (see “Our Relationship with Affiliate Companies” below).
With Customers. With our Customers (i.e. employers or job-posting website), if you are
affiliated with one or more of our Customers.
Compliance with law. We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable law
and any obligations thereunder, including responding to law enforcement requests, judicial
orders, subpoenas, warrants, and regulatory inquiries.
To perform contractual obligations. We may disclose certain categories of Personal
Information to third parties in order to perform contractual obligations and otherwise facilitate
providing the Services.
In the context of a transaction. We may share your Personal Information in connection with or
during negotiation of an asset sale, merger, bankruptcy, change of control, or other business
transaction.
For other business reasons. We may share your Personal Information to enforce any applicable
GetHired Terms of Service; to protect GetHired from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses; to
investigate and defend ourselves against third-party claims or allegations; to protect the rights,
property, safety, security of the Services, and our Users.

Unless otherwise disclosed in a separate notice, and subject to your consent where required by
applicable law, we do not sell your Personal Information to third parties for monetary

behavioral advertising. Please be aware, however, that any Personal Information that you direct
to be publicly displayed on or through the Services becomes publicly available and may be
collected and used by others without restriction. If you voluntarily disclose Personal Information
through the Services in a communication with other Users or post on the Services (such as in a
resume or a Profile), this information may be viewed by a relevant employer or other Users of the
Services.
The Services may allow you to participate in certain programs designed to highlight you as a
featured job seeker and/or your Profile (as that term is defined in the Terms of Service) as a
featured Profile. If you choose to participate in any such program, GetHired may publish and/or
distribute your Profile or any Personal Information in your Profile to other Users as part of such
program. However, you retain the ability to withdraw your participation from any such program
at any time.
When you create or post a resume to the Services or submit a resume through the Services in
response to a Job Posting, that resume is stored in our searchable resume database in the United
States. You may control the status of your resume by setting it to private or public, as further
described below.
Private. If you set your resume as private, it is not searchable by potential employers or others
with access to our resume database. You may still use your resume to apply online to a Job
Posting. If you do apply online to a Job Posting, your resume will be transferred to the relevant
employer, who may retain a copy of your resume or distribute it to third parties. We cannot
control their use or retention of your resume information.
Public. If you allow your resume to be searchable without making it private, then all Users with
access to our searchable resume database (or copies thereof) will have access to your resume. If
you want your contact information to be confidential, your resume will be searchable by potential
employers, but we will hide your contact information. You must also remove your contact
information from any resume you post to the Services. If you use a confidential resume to apply
to a job online, the employer to whom you send your resume will be able to view your contact
information in order to contact you about your application.
Employers or other Users with access to our searchable resume database may be located in
countries whose data protection legislation may not be equivalent to the laws in your country of
residence. By making your resume searchable, you are expressly consenting to such access.
We cannot control the use made of resumes by third parties who access such resumes (or make
copies thereof) while they are in our searchable database.

6. Our Relationship with Affiliate Companies
Subject to your consent if required by applicable law, we may appoint an affiliate company to
process Personal Information in a service provider role. In most cases, we will remain responsible
for that company’s processing of your Personal Information pursuant to applicable data privacy
laws. Because our affiliate companies are located around the globe, your Personal Information
may be transferred to and stored in the United States or in another country outside of the country
in which you reside, which may be subject to different standards of data protection than your
country of residence. We take appropriate steps to ensure that transfers of personal information
are in accordance with applicable law.
7. Social Features
Certain features of the Services permit you to initiate interactions between the Services and third-
party services or platforms, such as social networks (“Social Features”). Social Features include
features that allow you to click and access GetHired’s pages on certain third-party platforms, such
as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn as applicable, and from there to “like” or “share” our content
on those platforms. Use of Social Features may entail a third party’s collection and/or use of your
data. If you use Social Features or similar third-party services, information you post or otherwise
make accessible may be publicly displayed by the third-party service you are using. Both
GetHired and the third party may have access to information about you and your use of both the
Services and the third-party service.
8. Data Anonymization and Aggregation
Subject to your consent if required by law, we may anonymize or aggregate your Personal
Information in such a way as to ensure that you are not identified or identifiable from it, in order
to use the anonymized or aggregated data, for example, for statistical analysis and administration
including analysis of trends, to carry out actuarial work, to tailor products and services and to
conduct risk assessments and analysis of costs and charges in relation to our products and
services. We may share anonymized or aggregated data with our global affiliates and with other
third parties. This Privacy Notice does not restrict GetHired’s use or sharing of any non-personal,
summarized, derived, anonymized or aggregated information.
9. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and other similar tracking technologies to help us gather information about your
use of our Services. Cookies can also help us to operate our Services more efficiently, remember
you for future visits, and enhance your user experience by providing real-time tools, including
user guides and chat-bots. The cookies and tracking technologies that we may use on the Services
fall into the following categories:

to exercise your rights.
(c). Post-Application Employment-Related Platforms (including
Onboarding, Tax Credits, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Administration)
If you are an employee using the employment-related platforms, please contact the Customer (i.e.
your employer) and refer to their privacy policy for more information about your individual
rights and how to exercise those rights. If you are a Customer using the employment-related
platforms to manage your employee onboarding, tax credits, time and attendance, and benefits
administration, you may contact us using the information in the “How to Contact Us” section,
below, for additional information about how to exercise your rights.

and personal information submitted to us through our Services in accordance with our
obligations under applicable laws and regulations. However, like all website operators, we
